Planned Itinerary

August 6 We strongly recommend you make plans to arrive in the Seattle area at least a day before the cruise (hotel accommodations additional).

August 7 Board the amazing Celebrity Solstice in Seattle and settle in for an amazing trip!  This ship is so beautiful, you won't know where to look first!

August 8 Enjoy the amenities of the Solstice on your first day at sea.  Perhaps you'll enjoy a glassblowing show or enhance your cooking skills in a culinary class?

August 9 Your first stop is Ketchikan, where the first geocaches await!  Maybe you'll take in a hike or sail with the Aleutian Ballad on one of her crab fishing tours!  That's right, one of the fishing boats from Discovery Channel's Deadliest Catch!

August 10 The day starts with a cruise by the amazing Dawes Glacier at the end of Endicott Arm.  This is a pristine channel where you'll see seals and otters on ice floes.  As the ship spins in the Fjord, you'll take in the breathtaking sights of nature all around! Next you will visit Juneau, the State capital of Alaska!  Here you can find many geocaches near the port or take a short trip to the beautiful Mendenhall Glacier.

August 11 Next up is the fun and quirky little town of Skagway.  There is so much Gold Rush history here, the entire town is a National Park!  Take a walking tour from one of the park rangers and learn all about the town, or venture north into the Yukon!  You can rent a jeep here and visit the Yukon Territory to claim another Geocaching Souvenir!  You can also take the scenic White Pass railway for an unforgettable journey north!

August 12  Relax on the Solstice as you enjoy another day at sea.  These are perfect for wine tastings and spa treatments!

August 13  Your last stop is the charming city of Victoria, BC.  Known for it's beautiful gardens and grand hotels- you'll want to enjoy a city tour as you pick up geocaches along the way!

August 14 Disembark at Seattle and get ready for the Geocaching 20th Anniversary event on the 15th! Hotel accommodations not included, but can be arranged.
